       I.          DETAILS OF THE EVENT/ACTIVITY
 
The IT Convention 2024, held on November 16, 2024, at the University of the East, Caloocan, brought together IT professionals, students, and industry experts to discuss emerging technologies like AI, cybersecurity, blockchain, cloud computing, and IoT. The event featured keynotes, panel discussions, and workshops exploring technology's impact on industries and daily life. Notable speakers included Mrs. Erlynjoy Macaraeg, Mr. Clarence Ray D. Suan, Ms. Akissa Lumagas, Mr. Keïnaz N. Domingo, and Mrs. Clementine Reyes-Valdoz, who shared insights on career growth, innovation, and the future of IT. The convention fostered meaningful discussions on the evolving role of technology in shaping industries and careers.
 

     II.          REFELECTIONS ON THE WEBINAR/ACTIVITY GIVE RISE TO (LEARNINGS)

Expanding the topics to include areas like AI ethics and quantum computing would add value.
