REFELECTION REPORT

EVENT TITLE: 𝗖𝗖𝗦 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱: 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

I.          DETAILS OF THE EVENT/ACTIVITY

On February 22, 2025, the 4th-year students from BSIT, BSCS, and EMC of the CCS Department organized the GC CCS TechFest 2025. The event showcased various exciting activities such as cosplay, digital art, short films, photography contests, and tech exhibits. One of the highlights was the esports tournament featuring popular games like Mobile Legends, Valorant, League of Legends, and Tekken 8. The event successfully brought together students with a passion for technology and creativity, making it an engaging and fun experience for everyone who participated.

II.          REFELECTIONS ON THE SEMINAR/ACTIVITY GIVE RISE TO (LEARNINGS)

From this activity, I realized how important teamwork and communication are when organizing an event. Everyone needs to cooperate and be on the same page to make sure everything runs smoothly. Even with different ideas and tasks, when we work as one, the results can be successful and fulfilling. It also taught me the value of coordination and being open to help one another, especially when unexpected challenges come up.

  III.          REFLECTIONS ON POSSIBILITIES ON IMPLEMENTING SOME OF THE WEBINAR/SEMINAR INPUT ON A PRACTICAL LEVEL (PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF LEARNINGS)

The things I learned from the activity can be applied in future events by practicing better teamwork, clear communication, and proper task management. These are useful skills not just in school activities, but also in real work settings.

IV.          POSITIVE FEEDBACKS

One of the best things about the event was seeing everyone come together, even if many of us didn’t know each other well. We were able to bond and work as a team. Students from different courses also united for this event, which made it more meaningful and enjoyable.

V.          SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO BE MADE/CONSIDER FOR FUTURE ACTIVITIES

For future activities, it would be helpful to have more organized planning ahead of time to avoid last-minute changes. Clearer communication among teams and earlier task assignments could also make the event run even more smoothly.
